Level Wins is our parent company. Through Level Wins, we process payments and compile reports. Occasionally you may see "powered by Level Wins", or you may see a reference to Level Wins on a statement.

Nope, and our fundraisers are so happy about it! It's free to sign up, there are no monthly charges, and there are no set up fees. Our only charge is on transactions to cover our costs - and donors cover the fee over 90% of the time!

Canceling a recurring contribution is easy. Log in, select "Monthly" or "Spare Change" on your dashboard. You'll see a list of your recurring monthly or spare change contributions. If the donation tab is "active," click to open the contribution, and you'll see the option to cancel at the bottom. Click cancel, and you're all done!

Spare change fundraising is a simple, automated three-step process:

1. Donors create a GoodChange account and connect their credit card or bank account.
2. Each time they make a purchase, we round up the spare change to the nearest dollar.
3. At the end of the cycle, GoodChange transfers the total spare change to the donors' designated recipients.
