We’ve made a few important updates to make your fundraising experience smoother, smarter, and more trackable. From enhanced tracking with Facebook Pixels to improved statement descriptors and new source codes for segmenting, these updates are designed to give you more control and clarity.
Improvements
- Facebook Pixels
Facebook pixels are now available in individual fundraiser/event dashboards.
→ To add a Facebook pixel to your fundraising form or event: Go to your Facebook account and generate a pixel > Go to Manage > Fundraiser (or Event)> Settings, scroll down to the "Facebook Settings" section and paste the pixel code there.
- Updated statement descriptors
Statement descriptors are changed to GOOD SMART CHANGE, followed by "GOODCHANGE". Descriptors were previously "LEVEL WINS" (the name of our parent company) followed by a fundraiser description.
- Added source codes for internal segmenting/communications
Added source code fields within the fundraiser dashboard, and added to general reports.
→ Note: To utilize source codes: Go to Manage > Fundraisers (or Events) > Settings > and scroll down until you're just above the fundraiser description.
