  • Legal Business Name — exactly as it appears on legal documentation
  • EIN documentation
  • DBA name (if applicable)
  • Physical address (not made public)
  • Contact information
  • Full website URL
  • Banking information — routing and account number
  • A representative's full name, email, physical address, date of birth, and last four digits of SSN

Fundraiser
Either a ticketed event or a general fundraising form. You can have many Fundraisers within a Campaign.
